This Subarb Food Fresh bag is rubber backed to keep the moisture in the bread to avoid it drying out. If you are using the bag for commercially produced sliced bread, leave the bread in its plastic bag but open the top to let the bread breathe. Any unsliced bread should be removed from the plastic wrapper and placed directly into the bread bag. It will keep your bread fresh for days and days.

Food Fresh bags are made of 100% cotton calico which allows the food to breathe, whilst at the same time sucking moisture from the food, which in the case of fruit and vegetables is what eventually makes them go off. By using this product, all vegetables, fruit and bread will stay fresher 2-3 times longer than normal.
Bread also needs to retain moisture to stay fresh, so the bread bag is made of a rubber backed calico which stops the bread losing its own moisture, keeping it fresher for much longer.
