WHAT IS GREENCANE PAPER?
Up to 70% of Greencane paper is made from a mix of recycled sugarcane and bamboo fibre (bagasse), a byproduct of the sugar refining process. (Bagasse supplies are virtually unlimited worldwide). To obtain both strength and softness we need to then add 30% certified wood pulp = Sustainable
Greencane packaging commitment is to be Plastic Free and 100% biodegradable.
For their packaging Greencane use a combination of cardboard and paper and a clear cellophane which is plant based and able to be commercially composted.
Due to size postage can be expensive for this item.
